1. General Provisions
These purchase terms and conditions (hereinafter – "Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods in the online store (hereinafter - "Buyer") and Stripz Ecom, MB, registration No. 307489582, address: Europos pr. 34-47, 46370 Kaunas, Lithuania (hereinafter – "Seller").
By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order and confirms it by selecting a payment method and clicking the "Confirm order" button.
3. Buyer's Rights
The Buyer has the right to:
- purchase goods in accordance with these Terms;
- receive quality goods;
- exercise return and exchange rights in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms and applicable EU and Latvian legal acts.
4. Delivery
We provide fast delivery in Latvia and other European Union countries.
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer (e.g., during promotions or holidays).
The exact delivery time may depend on the selected delivery method.
5. Delivery Terms
- Goods are delivered to the address or parcel locker specified by the Buyer
- The Buyer is responsible for correctly provided delivery information
- It is recommended to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery

6. Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
You have the right to return or exchange an item within 45 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:
- the item must be in good condition;
- it is advisable to keep the original packaging;
- all components must be included (including gifts, if any were added).
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Defective Products
If the item is damaged or does not match the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photo or video evidence.
We will resolve the situation as soon as possible and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
8. Liability
The parties are liable for breaches of these Terms in accordance with applicable legal acts.
The Seller is not responsible for:
- delivery delays caused by the actions of third parties;
- minor visual differences in goods that may arise due to screen display.
9. Personal Data Processing
Buyer's personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
10. Final Provisions
All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
