GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. General Provisions
    These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the individual purchasing goods from this online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and "Stripz Ecom", company code 307489582 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). By purchasing goods from the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Rules.

  2. Moment of Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
    2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store, provides the delivery address, selects the payment method, and clicks the "Complete Order" or "Continue Order" button. The agreement remains in force until full fulfillment of the obligations. If the Buyer disagrees with all or part of the Rules, they must not place an order.
    2.2. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store's database.

  3. Buyer Rights
    3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store according to these Rules and Lithuanian legislation.
    3.2. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store within 7 business days of receiving the item, by informing the Seller in writing. This does not apply to audio/video recordings or software if packaging is opened, or to periodicals. The goods must be of good quality, undamaged, and unchanged in appearance.
    3.3. The Buyer has other rights defined by the Rules and legislation.
    3.4. If the Buyer believes their rights were violated, they must contact the Seller in writing within 3 months and outline their claims. The Seller must respond within 14 days. If unresolved, the Buyer can apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or court.
    3.5. Complaints can also be submitted via the EU platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr/

  4. Buyer Obligations
    4.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods, including delivery and other charges, using Stripe, Paysera, bank transfer, or PayPal.
    4.2. If registration data changes, the Buyer must update it promptly.
    4.3. The Buyer must comply with these Rules and Lithuanian laws.

  5. Seller Rights
    5.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the online store or violates obligations, the Seller may restrict access without notice.
    5.2. The Seller may suspend or terminate the online store without notice.
    5.3. The Seller may amend the Rules by publishing updates online. Changes apply to future transactions.
    5.4. The Seller has other rights as defined in the Rules and by law.

  6. Seller Obligations
    Delivery Guarantee
    Buyers may report issues within 48 hours of delivery. If products were damaged or incorrect, send an email with photos of the package, label, and damaged item. If approved, a replacement will be sent. Late claims will be treated as product complaints.

Technical Product Warranty
Some products include a 24-month warranty from the delivery date. This applies only to technical and electrical goods. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required. The warranty is void if the product is damaged, shows normal wear, or was used improperly.

To claim a warranty, provide photo or video evidence. If approved, a new product will be sent or repaired. If repairs exceed 45 days, the item will be replaced or refunded.

Complaint Procedure
If a product is defective, email info@stripz.lt. Report major defects within 2 months of discovery. The Seller must respond within 3 business days. Valid complaints may result in replacement, refund, repair, or partial compensation.

  1. Product Delivery
    7.1. Delivery is at the Buyer's expense, unless stated otherwise.
    7.2. Delivery cost depends on order value and weight, shown after order is formed.
    7.3. Carrying service must be ordered before payment. Buyer pays for this unless otherwise stated.
    7.4. Usual delivery time is 10-18 business days after payment, if goods are in stock.
    7.5. Exact delivery date is sent by email. Buyer must check email daily.
    7.6. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package and contents with the courier. Any issues must be recorded.
    7.7. If delivered to the specified address, the order is considered received even if accepted by another person.
    7.8. If someone else will receive the goods, their details must be provided.

  2. Returns
    8.1. The Buyer may return quality goods within 14 days without reason.
    8.1.1. Buyer pays return shipping.
    8.1.2. Buyer is responsible for proper packaging. Improperly packed items may be rejected.
    8.1.3. Used or damaged goods are non-returnable.
    8.1.4. Refunds issued within 5 business days after return processing.

  3. Liability
    9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of registration data.
    9.2. Parties are liable according to Lithuanian law.
    9.4. Actions confirmed via login credentials are legally binding and considered equivalent to a written signature.
    9.5. The Seller is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the store.
    9.6. Product visuals may differ due to screen settings.
    9.7. The guilty party compensates for direct losses caused.

  4. Personal Data
    10.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide personal data for e-commerce purposes.
    10.2. Buyer agrees to data sharing with third parties involved in order fulfillment.
    10.3. Buyer agrees to show ID upon delivery and allow data entry for identification.
    10.6. Buyer is informed of rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.
    10.7. Buyer understands that refusing to provide data will prevent the purchase contract.

  5. Communication
    11.1. Seller communicates via the Buyer’s registered email.
    11.2. Buyer contacts Seller via the contact section of the website.

  6. Final Provisions
    12.1. All information on the website is considered provided in writing.
    12.2. These Rules do not limit Buyer’s rights under Lithuanian law.
    12.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, or in court if unresolved.
