Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter – the Rules) govern the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of a buyer or visitor who has submitted their personal data via a form on the website www.getstripz.com (hereinafter – the Website), hereinafter referred to as the Registered Visitor.
1.2. These Rules have been prepared in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legislation.
1.3. According to these Rules, the data controller is MB "Stripz Ecom", company code 307489582, Kirtimų g. 61, 02244 Vilnius (hereinafter – the Data Controller). The Data Controller is responsible for collecting, processing, and storing personal data in accordance with applicable law.

2. Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data

2.1. The Data Controller confirms that personal data is collected for direct sales and marketing purposes and processed according to principles of fairness, legality, accuracy, and respect for personal privacy.
2.2. The Data Controller collects and uses personal data provided by Registered Visitors during registration solely in accordance with these Rules and for the purposes of direct marketing.
2.3. When registering on the online store, the Buyer must provide accurate and complete personal data. By registering, the Registered Visitor agrees to the use of their data for the specified purposes. If the Visitor disagrees as described in clause 3.1, the Data Controller does not have the right to use the personal data (except for storage).
2.4. The Data Controller respects each Visitor’s right to privacy. Personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email, and other information provided in the registration form) is collected and processed to:

• 2.4.1. Process product orders;

• 2.4.2. Issue financial documents;

• 2.4.3. Resolve delivery-related issues;

• 2.4.4. Conduct direct marketing;

• 2.4.5. Fulfill contractual obligations.
  2.5. The Data Controller may use anonymized data (e.g., purchase data) for statistical purposes. These will be processed to avoid identifying any specific person.
  2.6. All information is confidential. MB "Stripz Ecom" reserves the right to disclose data to third parties:

• 2.6.1. To fulfill the purposes outlined in 2.4;

• 2.6.2. As required by Lithuanian law.
  2.7. Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and destroyed according to legal requirements when no longer needed.
  2.8. Data is protected using appropriate organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

3. Rights of the Registered Visitor

3.1. By registering, the Visitor agrees to the processing of their personal data as per these Rules. A Visitor may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Data Controller via email at info@getstripz.com.
3.2. Upon receiving such notice, the Data Controller will cease processing and notify the Visitor in accordance with clauses 5.1 and 5.2.
3.3. The Visitor has the right to modify or update their personal data at any time.
3.4. The Visitor has the right to request information about how their data is being processed.
3.5. If any personal data is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, the Visitor may request correction, deletion, or suspension of processing (except storage) by contacting the Data Controller as described in clause 5.1.

4. Amendments to the Rules

4.1. The Data Controller may update these Rules by posting changes on the Website.
4.2. Changes become effective on the date they are published.
4.3. If the Visitor disagrees with the changes, they may object as per clause 5.1. If no objection is received, the Visitor is deemed to have accepted the updated Rules.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. Any notices related to personal data must be submitted via email (info@getstripz.com) or by post to Kirtimų g. 61, 02244 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. Any related costs are borne by the sender.
5.2. The Data Controller will respond using the same method the request was received, within 20 business days of receiving the inquiry.
