Composition
Lemon balm leaf extract, valerian root extract, hop cone extract, red passion flower extract, Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, nicotinamide (vitamin B3, niacin), anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts, silicon dioxide), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), melatonin.
How to use?
Take 1-2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water. For best results, it is recommended to take at the same time each day.
When not to use? Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a meal replacement.
